Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are applicable only if the service or product provided is found to be ruined or inappropriately executed. We adhere strictly to the Kuwait Ministry of Commerce standards in this regard.

Assessment of Service/Product Quality: If you are not satisfied with any service or product you received from us, please bring it to our attention immediately. Our team will assess the situation to determine whether the service or product was indeed ruined or inappropriately performed.

Refund as Credit: In cases where a refund is deemed appropriate, Nails & Beyond will issue a refund in the form of credit. This credit will be applied to your account and can be used towards any other services and products offered by Nails & Beyond.

Time Frame for Credit Use: The credit must be utilized within 90 days from the issue date. We encourage our clients to use this credit within the given timeframe to enjoy other high-quality services and products we offer.

Registered Users Only: This refund policy applies exclusively to Registered Users of Nails & Beyond. We recommend all our clients to register with us to avail of this and other benefits.

Non-Transferable: The credit issued is non-transferable and must be used by the registered client to whom it was issued.

No Cash Refunds: Please note that we do not provide cash refunds. Refunds will only be given as credit to be used for our services and products.
